Rhonda and Duane work as a team to ensure availability to the customer. They worked with my wife and me to establish what, where, and when we were really interested in buying. Once we had set our parameters, Rhonda provided a series of on-market properties for us to review. Upon our arrival in Florida they picked us up and walked us through the various area and types of homes available in each of the areas. With the selection made, either Duane or Rhonda was always there to facilitate purchase of insurance, set up a home inspection, and to put us in touch with several lenders. They have continued to assist us even after the closing with their vast store of local knowledge. They are a five star team and will have more of my business in the future.

I originally contacted Duane and Rhonda through Zillow while I was driving through a neighborhood I was interested in. Rhonda called me within 5 minutes and got me in to look at the property right away. Over the course of a few months, my husband and I looked at many properties in the area, all arranged by Duane and Rhonda during limited time visits to the area. Once we found our dream home, they presented our offer, which was far away from the asking price, but they were able to negotiate with the sellers and we got a great house within our budget. During the inspection period, Duane and Rhonda arranged and attended all of the inspections, as well as coordinated the closing docs. This was a great help, because we couldn't be there to take care of these things. As things came up, I relied on them to answer questions, get estimates, find service people, etc. They have a great knowledge of the area and of the local service people, and they even helped us decorate and rent out the home until we can move down there permanently. In short, Duane and Rhonda Finney are honest, hard working, professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable of the area. Began working the Finney's in September 2014 when we put our house on the market in Cincinnati. Took us until April 2015 to sell the house. The Finney's were very patient and continued to send us updates on available listings. Came to Sarasota for a house hunting beach vacation, Siesta Key is our favorite beach. We arrived on Saturday, started looking for houses on Sunday and wrapped up the sale of our brand new house on Tuesday! We had the rest of the week for the white sandy beach of Siesta Key! I had looked at west coast Florida real estate several times over the last twenty years and returned in July for another look. Duane and Rhonda worked hard to make this a successful visit for us proving to be very knowledgeable of the area and scheduling many properties for viewing. They quickly gave us an updated overview of the area, the current market situation and we decided the timing was right. We looked at many properties from Bradenton to Venice. After looking over the area and many properties we decided to go for a new house and when the developer didn't have the lot we liked, Duane and Rhonda were able to find a privately owned lot in the development giving us a better build location. This circumstance carried some luck in the lot being available and together we managed to put this all together. We are very happy with the results and enjoyed very much working with Duane and Rhonda.

Let me start by saying that we were relatively new to home buying and selling. Our first home we had built for us so we really had never had to work with a realtor before and we were skeptical on what they actually brought to the table to justify the 6% commission they are paid. We actually had chosen a different realtor prior to Duane and Rhonda and had a very underwhelming experience with her. We were a mouse click away from listing our house ourselves after we cancelled our contract with the previous realtor. Well on a whim we decided to give Duane and Rhonda a try and from the second we called them we had a completely different experience. Phone calls were answered every time we called. Texts were immediately returned. Questions and concerns were met with knowledge and compassion. They were a night and day difference from what we had experienced in the past. Long story not so long... they sold our home, are incredibly kind, and we wouldn't think of using anyone else ever again. We couldn't possibly be happier with them. Oh and one more thing... the professional photographer that they use took incredible pictures of our home that really made it stand out from other homes in the area. What a great touch that was.
