OCEAN CITIES BEST REALITOR. Bethany is a Ace Realitor who knows the market inside and outside. She knows how to win a contract and goes the Xtra mile for her clients. I lost 4 contracts from a previous Realitor and the 5th was a charm thanks to Bethany.

Rhonda and Bethany were both very knowledgeable about the current market trends and how to target potential buyers. They were extremely helpful and honest with us regarding the expectation of the sale of our home, and are professional in every aspect of the real estate business from start to finish. They would respond quickly if we had questions or concerns. The marketing program and process they implemented were second to none. Rhonda and Bethany are THE BEST!! They are both pros and incredibly knowledgeable in the DELMARVA & Bethany Beach real estate markets. They helped my wife and I purchase a second home. While we were familiar with Bethany Beach from previous summer vacations, they were able to share such valuable advice and counsel regarding specific areas and homes to consider (and those to avoid). They provided personalized and responsive service – we knew they had all the details covered at every point in the process.
