As a First-Time Homebuyer living in another state, the prospect of purchasing a home was daunting and filled me with doubt. Rhonda was there from start to finish. She took time to understand what I was looking for, sent me listing of properties each and every day, and set-up virtual visits. I was reluctant to make an offer on a property without seeing it in person. Upon my arrival to Kentucky, Rhonda set-up in person visits. I fell in love with the second location, and we moved forward to make an offer. After all the paperwork, I officially closed on my first home a couple weeks ago. Rhonda even contacted the sellers after the closing to inquire about the mailbox key and garage door controller. Both were delivered to the house. It's been a stressful experience, but much of that was relieved by Rhonda's support, guidance, and positivity throughout. She is a great realtor and an even better person. Highly recommended!
