I recently had an amazing experience working with Ricardo Cobos from 8th Day Realty Group LLC regarding accommodations for my emotional support animals. From the very beginning, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise in the field of real estate and accommodations for emotional support animals. We met Ricardo at a house that he listed. While that house didn't work, his energy and enthusiasm convinced us to work with him to find our home. We kept changing our parameters on him but he never blinked. He found a house for us in our ideal neighborhood that was not even listed yet and worked out a deal. Our experience with him was so positive that we will also be listing our old house with him as well.

Ricardo and his team has been the best realtor we have dealt with ever. He and is team are always around for answering questions, he was also very up front every step of the way. The linked website he uses shows you house within your criteria the moment they are posted, giving us the buyer the best chance at finding our perfect house. Especially since houses come and go faster now than ever. He also worked great with us during the negotiations and had our best interest at heart the entire time. He not only did he make moving across the country a breeze, but his team and him took a lot of pressure off my wife and I during what normally would be a stressful period. I called 8th Day since they were one of the Realtors listed in my area. They were the first ones who actually answered the phone. I reached Ricardo Cobos and let him know I planned to sell my home.
From that point on, I became impressed by his knowledge of the real estate market as well as the process of buying/selling. Every question I asked was answered promptly and honestly. I never felt I was being taken for a ride or being lied to in our discussions. A

All in all, Ricardo's knowledge and expertise paid off. From Open House to offer, the amount of traffic at my home was amazing. We likely had over 20 prospective buyers take a look at the house in just 4 days. The process of showing my house after Open House was made easy through wifi Lock Boxes and the ShowingTime portal. In the end, we received multiple offers above asking price. As we approach closing, I still feel confident in my realtor to handle any situation before the closing table.

Briefly, the effort, the knowledge, and the availability of 8th Day Realty have made my experience selling my first home a breeze. I'd easily recommend anyone I knew to see Ricardo should they want to Buy or Sell.

I had Ricardo help me with the sale of my house a few years ago. He explained every detail about every step we had to take to make sure we received top dollar on our offers. I moved out of state before the closing and Ricardo once again stepped up to the plate and handled the closing for me. Once everything was signed and the sale was complete, Ricardo still followed up with me to make sure funds were deposited and to see if there was anything else he could do to help. I was vacationing in Europe at the time and he still called!!!
Long story short, I recently moved back to NC and you better believe I am having Ricardo help me in the purchase of a new home.
I would highly recommend Ricardo to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I would have given him 10 stars if I could.

Ricardo C. was very professional and easy to work with.
He did research, we agreed on a reasonable price for our house
He stopped is from doing little stuff we thought would be needed to enhance the house & would've just been wasted money since it wouldn't have drastically increased the selling price
He kept us calm during unexpected oops that seem to happen at the almost finish line and didn't even laugh when I shared what my superstitious gran would've said "that the house was sulking because we were selling it" Just minor sump pump, but OMG the ugh and additional costs to ensure all ok
Seller looked for any flaw (even the seriously not a flaw) from a typical old house. Ricardo ensured their demanded discount wasn't too low.
We did everything remote since we were very far and he kept us abreast of what was happening. Their tracking system easily generated who and when any home visit was done.
He helped us sell our house quickly even if it was near to Christmas.

If we were looking for another house in the area again, if get in touch with him. We'd know he's fair to both the seller and buyer sides.

Ricardo was clear in his assessment of our property. He dealt very well with the buyer’s agent, and made the house openly available for every look-loo that wanted a peek. He gave great advice on things to do, and not to do, to make the property as attractive as possible. We got a great price for our previous home, and if we were buying in central NC, we would absolutely trust Ricardo and the 8th day team to guide us through that process as well.
