Rich Gold has been a Commercial, Multi-Family, Residential Realtor since 1998, who is also a Certified Probate and Trust Specialist with a strong background in IRS 1031 Tax Exchanges and IRS 1031 Reverse Tax Exchanges.

In 1998 when Rich was a new agent he was asked by his Broker Owner to train new agents for Century 21, during his first year in the business. Before his Real Estate career took off in 1998, Rich was a sales manager for an advertising firm in San Francisco with a strong background in marketing and advertising, he knows how to get more eyes and interest on his client's properties. Negotiating skills is nothing new to him either or should we say "Situational Skills" for the benefit of his clients who purchase or sell properties.

Rich has listed and sold properties in both San Francisco and San Mateo Counties also in Northern and Central California. His portfolio of sales includes, Single family fixers, condominiums, 40 unit multi-family properties in Sacramento, 8 units in Presidio Heights, 12 units in the Pan Handle and 14 units in Pacific Heights of San Francisco to name a few.

The area he really shines in is representing buyers and sellers for single family homes and condominiums!

Being a third generation San Franciscan makes him an area specialist from the Golden Gate Bridge to the San Mateo Coast. He is often heard saying that, Real Estate is not about sales, it is about people and building relationships.
