Mr. Golze is a native of the Northwest. Grew up in Vancouver, Washington and attended College at Washington State University.
He shares custody of three chihuahuas, Lili, Pyper and Maui Bob - all adoption rescue animals.
He started is Real Estate Career in 1993 with a small regional real estate company and then joined the industry 100% company at the time (RE/MAX) and served Clark County from 1993 to 2004.
In 2003, Mr. Golze was recruited to a national lender as a regional account executive position building a territory from non-existent to calling on over 400 loan officers.
In 2005, Mr. Golze decided that the wholesale side of banking wasn't for him and felt he wanted to be in touch with the customer and "make a difference" instead of competing to be the best price leader of the day.
In 2005, Mr. Golze joined Portland Mortgage, which no longer exists, and now works for a mortgage banker named Envoy.
In 2006, Mr. Golze received his CMPS, Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist.
In 2007 Mr. Golze enrolled in the Certified Financial Planner class at University of Portland where he received his completion certificate however did not sit for the exam so may not wear the CFP(r) designation at this time.
Mr. Golze specializes in helping make wealth building decisions with real estate in cooperation with his clients and has a large referral network of Lenders, Real Estate Agents, Financial Planners, Attorneys and CPA's.
Mr. Golze also has a sweet tooth and likes fine chocolate.
