Rich was very professional and always available to answer my questions regarding the sale of my home. He made me feel comfortable through the whole selling process and even checked in with me a week later, just to see how unpacking was going. Prior to this experience I had not been involved in a house sale. I was facing the decision of what to do with my in-laws house which was tied to a reverse mortgage. The numbers were tight. It would have to sell within 30 days, in the month of December and of course covid was impacting things in a major way.
I needed a realtor I could fully trust. Rich Johnson was that person. He addressed my concerns and listed the house with a professional video to generate interest. Within 5 days we had a deal. All cash, greater then the asking price and settlement within weeks. Not one glitch. I couldn’t have been more satisfied.

He explained every step, answered all our questions and was excited for us along the way. He advocated for us on many occasions. Rich is an A+ realtor! 10/10 would recommend! He was available morning, noon, and night to answer all of our questions -and as first time buyers we had A LOT! We never once felt pressure of any sort to make any certain decisions. Rich was quick to find out answers and advocated for us on many occasions. We would highly recommend Rich if you are looking for a realtor to help you either buy or sell a home! He listened to our needs and lined up showings that were in alliance with those needs- our price range, area we were interested in and amenities etc.. He was always available to answer any questions we had. A pleasure to work with! Hopefully we won't need to move anytime soon but if we ever need a realtor we will definitely be calling Rich again.
