We can't express enough how much we appreciated Richard as our realtor. We decided to move to Florida to be with family and deciding to buy a house from out of state isn't easy. We looked at several homes and decided on a few that Richard personally went to look at for us because we were looking at these homes from the computer. Each home we decided on Richard had to complete paper work, offering a new bid. But, each time we were out bid and Richard had to start all over again. We didn't feel, at any point Richard was stress over doing the paper work over and over again. He showed compassion and a showed a little frustration for us because we were always out bid. But, with his hard work he found a home and give us advise on how to finally win, and so we did! If you are looking for a realtor that will work hard in finding you a home, even if it's out of stated, it's Richard! He was there for us every step of the way and that can't be easy when living out of state. When we finally bought our home he stated it doesn't end here. We could count on him for anything we might need. Believe us when we say if you do need anything for your home call Richard, because he's got a guy!!!

Rick is an absolute amazing Realtor! From start to finish, he was with us through it all, even if it meant driving to 3 different house locations an hour away from each other on the same day. His professionalism is unmatched and has great positive attitude throughout our buying and house shopping experience. We had a tough position as we had to find a home in just a week in order to close by a certain date we needed from across the country and Rick knocked it out of the park!
