I am an Accredited Military Relocation Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist. Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and Certified Nocatee Agent. I was raised in Arlington and moved near the Jacksonville Beaches my senior year of high school. My previous career in wholesale foodservice exposed me intimately to Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Nassau, Putnam, and Flagler counties. In 2000, I opened a mortgage brokerage and processing company. A year later, I partnered with a 250 agent strong Real Estate company and Title company. The company grew to 14 mortgage brokers and 6 underwriters/processors, plus 2 title agents and their staff. I chose to pursue an opportunity with Cesery Companies to expand on our commercial property portfolio and our residential real estate brokerage, Third And Main Realty. Third And Main was named after our mixed use extended stay for cancer patients which houses Uptown Kitchen Restaurant and Bar and other commercial space. I have listing contracts with foreclosure banks and we are General Contractors. I volunteer to announce the football games at Atlantic Coast High School and contribute to other sports related activities for our youth. I also do some ESPN work during football season - you may see me on the sidelines at Steve Spurrier Florida Field every now and then.
