Richard was fantastic!!!

Before we got our home listed, he reviewed our home and talked about next steps, things we should do to prepare etc. After patiently waiting for us to be ready to list it, he was helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He helped us navigate the showing of the home with ease and as little as inconvenience as possible. All this while being critical to getting us the best selling price for our home.

Keep in mind behind the scenes he was also helping my wife and I find our own spaces to live as we were separating. He helped me find a place in the same school district as my kids which was critical to me during this time of transition.

Once we had our offers (yes, muiltple offers!!), he helped us assess which would be the best one to move forward with. He kept us informed throughout the selling and buying process. He helped resolve the inevitable bumps in the road. He assured me every step of the way that each bit of turbulence was something we would get through.

We closed on the sale of our home and the purchase of my new place on the same day - making the juggling of our lives so much easier. In the end it's all summed up in one of Richard's most recent texts to me . . . "WE DID IT !!!"

Several years ago I rented a 3 bedroom house in Closter, NJ so that my kids could reap the benefits of a great school system. Within a few months, it was clear that the basement continuously flooded and that the owner has covered mold with paint. My child is asthmatic and eventually got pneumonia in that house. The landlord there was more like a slumlord. The agent I used to rent it (and paid her a full commission) clearly wasn't looking out for my best interest.

Unplanned and with a modest budget for a home purchase, I set my sights on Nyack, NY again for the school district. I met Rich at an open house. He recommend that I see a different home that I fell in love with instantly. I was a first time home buyer. I couldn't have asked for a better partner to guide me through the very confusing process.

Years later, both of my kids graduated moving successfully into colleges at which point I decided to list my house for rent (the house that Rich helped me buy). With absolutely no hesitation, I worked with Rich again. He was able to rent my house very quickly to qualified renters as well as meet some of my niche requests such as furniture storage.

Rich keeps it real while also understanding the challenges of dealing with an often unpredictable journey of home ownership and rentals. When I am ready to sell, buy or rent another home, Rich will absolutely be the person I go to!

My partner and I found Rich online and reached out for help finding the right home in Rockland County. Rich specializes in this area and jumped into action quickly.

From the beginning, Rich was extremely honest. We were first time home buyers and he was patient with us and also very direct about the process and what to expect. He was clear-eyed about the market as well and helped us put in a strategic offer that was competitive and not excessive.

Rich had a useful network of contacts for us including attorneys, inspectors, contractors, chimney specialists, tax assessors, and more. We had a great experience with all of the people he connected us with.

Originally, I reached out to him as I started new job and didn't have time to look for renters to lease my apartment on the bottom of my Hi Ranch. He loved what he saw but he asked if I considered selling without being pushy and not having the best of luck the first time around, we were a little hesitant but took the leap of faith with Rich. I have to say it was the BEST DECISION!
