We were recommended to him from a broker who said Rich has an extremely high closing rate on selling properties. He came in and listened to our needs and asked very important questions. 10/08/2013 - Brenda I was looking for a realtor who was proactive and could sell my house quickly as we lived out of state and wouldn't be around to monitor the house while it was empty. Rich was a great choice and I would recommend him to anyone wishing to sell a house! He was very thorough when we met, helped us establish a reasonable asking price (higher than I expected) and explained everything about the process. He told us he thought the house would sell in less than 30 days and we were cautiously optimistic about that! We received two offers only a week after it going on the market, and sold the house for more than the asking price. After submitting our list of wants and wishes, he was able to quickly compile a list of available houses for review and visitation.
