His success in running these companies afforded him the ability to purchase a few investment properties in West Hollywood. Truly, Richard became fascinated with the home buying process and wanted to learn as much as possible. After purchasing his second investment property he decided to take the plunge and get his real estate license.
Richard's first six months in the industry kept him busy and by the year's end, he was awarded the Rookie of the year award for his excellence in customer satisfaction and sales.
