I just closed on a property with Richard and he was a blast to work with, I have no complaints. He adjusted well our changing needs and had a lot of patience with us. He also went out of his way to be a local tour guide as he grew up in the area and knew all the neighborhoods well.

Friendly, clean, easy to park, were kind to my pet. Small details good - like clean towel on exam table to prevent paws slipping. Good post op follow up.
