I recently received my Realtor Emeritus designation after 40 years as a Realtor in Ithaca. I have managed the two RealtyUSA offices in Ithaca for the last 10 years. Prior to that, I was a top producing agent. I started in the business with my Father at Patterson Real Estate. I spend my spare time raising two young grandchildren on our 60 acre farm.
