Richard Rand

Richard Rand has over 44 years of experience in commercial real estate in Modesto and the surrounding area. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from California State University, Chico, in 1976. In 1979, he obtained his real estate license and worked as a commercial and residential broker at Wolverine from 1979 to 1988. After working at Wolverine he went on to establish Rand Commercial Brokers. A few years later, he became a broker for PMZ Commercial Real Estate in 1993. In 2006, he launched Rand Commercial Properties.
