I first met Richard when searching for my first home back in 2018. Low and behold he hooked me up with the most perfect place. I’ve lived there happily for three years! This year I decided to sell, as I’m relocating out of state. Richard was very responsive and communicative while walking me through the whole selling process since it was a new experience for me. It went so smoothly and he made everything easy peasy! Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Very easy to work with, and super reliable! He’ll bend over backwards for you. He’s your guy!

Richard helped us relocate from Georgia in 2017. We were first time buyers at the time. He helped us with everything from getting a loan to putting a team together to help us move in because we didn’t know a single person in the area. He always goes out of his way to help even if it’s 10 at night which still amazes me. We outgrew our first house so Richard just sold it for us and helped us build our new home here in Huntertown. He got a lot more for our home than we originally expected which helped us with a few extra upgrades! 😃☺️

Richard did an outstanding job as our realtor. He was extremely patient with us as we looked at a variety of homes, even after an initial deal fell through and we stepped back from the market for a while. When we were ready to look at a new home again, Richard helped us feel supported through the entire experience. At no time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Richard went out of his way to make sure every concern we had was addressed, even after we closed on our new home. I would recommend Richard to anyone who may be looking for a realtor, and we will definitely work with him in the future if we decide to move again!

We interviewed three agents to sell our house. Rick was by far the most professional and informative. He covered every detail from start to finish, and mapped out an entire action plan at the first meeting. He made sure that we didn't overspend on updates and even recommended all of the contractors that we hired to bring the place up to perfect selling condition. Our return was much higher than we expected and we are forever grateful for his expertise. He sold our house for more than our neighbors did, and ours was smaller. We also used him to build our new home. He yet again went over and beyond our expectations and found the perfect home builder for us. He helped us with building the new house from day 1, until we moved in. Rick even made sure that our lawn was installed several months later when the weather was better. Thank you so much.

Rick help us out so much with putting our house up for sale.very honest and took to time to answer all questions and procedures. I loved how he broke everything down and simplify the process. Richard was able to sell my home back in 2019 in less than 2 weeks when I had used another realtor who couldn't sell it for months. Richard was always available and went right away with me when I found a new listing.
