Rick is a passionate and dedicated professional always going the extra mile for his clients. His vast and varied life experience brings decades of Real Estate knowledge in renovation, project management, and development. This offers clients a well-rounded and big picture approach to buying, selling, and renting both residential and commercial properties.

Having lived in both Hoboken and Jersey City since 2007 he has witnessed the growth and expansion of the area. This firsthand knowledge provides clients with a wide variety of options for choosing the situation that best fits their needs. With the new addition of a son, his family life brings the understanding of what families actually require to make the home/work-life balance attainable in the area.

Richard graduated from Florida International University with a BA in International Business & Economics
