Richard first got his real estate license in 1978. After serval years working in the Real Estate business. Richard decided to open his own business in 1983. For 17-year Richard ran a successful Video and Gift Store in Yreka. With the invention of the DVD’s and a downturn in video rentals; Richard moved to Redding and back to his roots: Real Estate. His return to real estate began in 2010, and since that return, Richard has been busy winning awards for Customer Satisfaction and Sales.
