In the last decade, he has been involved in over 300 residential real estate transactions in the L.A. area. This ranges from purchasing foreclosures at the courthouse steps, project management, to representing clients and personal house hacking investing.
He has had listings featured in the L.A. Times, been on Fox 11 news, interviewed for publications such as the Larchmont Buzz, BestCompany.com, The Real Deal, and have written for the Tolucan Times. Due to his house hacking strategies, he has been published as a case study in The House Hacking Strategy, a book published by Bigger Pockets, the largest real estate network in the country. He continues to make a name for himself in the Los Angeles and real estate community and his team now ranks in the top 10% of producing agents in all of Los Angeles and has ranked as one of the top real estate teams in the country by Real Trends featured in the WSJ.
In 2010, Rick started his own business, Albert Consulting, where he helped in auction foreclosure purchases and acquisitions. After acquiring over $4M in property assets for clients, he started working closer with investors in sales, construction management, and best practices for the organization.
Then in 2011, Rick joined LAMERICA Real Estate, focusing on the buying and selling of homes throughout the L.A. area. And to this day, he still works with the team to purchase and sell homes all over the greater L.A. area for both the investors and clients alike. His clientele ranges from first time home buyers those in the entertainment business buying and selling multi-million-dollar homes.
Rick has also been developing his own investment portfolio, getting creative through the art of house hacking. To date, he owns a condo and a home with an Accessory Dwelling Unit where he lives with his amazing wife.
