Rick is the greatest! I did a reverse mortgage, my appraisal came in low for my area. Rick knew my area well, spent time and researched, was able to get the appraisal changed to my benefit! Without his help I would not be here enjoying my home comfortably. He has been a resource for my many questions and concerns. I have referred him to other people who are also very happy clients! Working with Rick was the best decision I made when selling my house in Southern California. He was helpful on what should be addressed and what wasn't worth the time when preparing the house for sale. But that wasn't what separated Rick from everyone else, what did that was his review of our house and the strategy he put together for selling our house. Because each house he sells is different, I won't go into that strategy here. What I will say is; Rick sold our house for $80,000 more than a comparable house, with more square footage than mine, was one block away from my house and was sold within 30 days of our listing. Rick set a new neighborhood real-estate standard at the time with our house. Rick uses industry standards (aka Fair) for commissions. I urge everyone who reads this to forget about the discount commission folks. You want to work with the best person available - and Rick was that person for me. I'm an engineer and ran the numbers and I gained a minimum of $40,000 above the discount folks after commissions -because of Rick.
