Rick Jones

Rick W. Jones, a licensed real estate broker in California, was born and raised in Oakdale, California. With over 35 years of experience in real estate, construction, and development, he served as the Senior Vice President and Director of Land Development for A.D. Seeno Company, the 75th builder in the nation. Rick has overseen the acquisition of land, forward planning, entitlement processing, and implementation of over 15 large master-planned communities in Northern California. In 1999, he and his wife Rachel established Touchdown Properties, a nod to Rick’s football background. Rick was inducted into the Oakdale Sports Hall of Fame in 1990. He excels as a multi-million-dollar producer, specializing in land and commercial sales, and is known for orchestrating large, complex deals.

Rick holds a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley and currently lives in his hometown of Oakdale with his wife Rachel and their two children. Beyond his business and political involvement in Oakdale, he dedicates a significant amount of time to community service. His past roles include trustee and past president of the Oakdale Joint Unified School District Board of Trustees, past president and board member of the Oakdale Council of the Central Valley Association of Realtors, past president and board member of the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce, current board member of the Oakdale Baseball Association, chairman of the Central Valley Association of Realtors Legislative Committee, and current Federal Political Coordinator of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) for Congressman Josh Harder.
