Rick Nelson

He is an Omaha native who graduated from Central High School and the UNO’s Business Finance Program. After college graduation, he served on active duty in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years before retiring in 2007 as a Lt Colonel. His wife Charlotte and him have raised five amazing kids while living in Papillion, and he continues to serve the Air Force as a civil service employee for another 13 years before retiring after 33 total years of service to the Air Force in July 2020. He formally was the owner of a highly successful photography business from 2004-2019, where I served as the photographer for all youth sports within Papillion and La Vista. He started his career in real estate to continue his lifelong commitment to serve my community. He has brought to his business his commitments to the Air Force Core Values of integrity first, service before self, service before self, and excellence in all I do from his 33 years serving his country. He will listen first and advise second. He will respond immediately to all requests. He will make all his decisions based on what is best for his clients and not what is best for himself.
