Richard has overseen thousands of real estate transactions valued over $2 Billion! We've worked with clients all over the world and we love to assist them to achieve their goals and realize their dreams!

Richard was born in Detroit, MI and has been an entrepreneur since he was 7 years old helping older ladies carry groceries to their car working for tips only. Since then, he has worked in different industries until he found his passion in real estate!

If you ask Richard what his passion is, he would tell you “to touch people’s lives in a positive way!” He has demonstrated this passion with his family, friends, and the hundreds of real estate clients he has worked with since 2003, the year he started his real estate career.

In 2008, he relocated to Dubai to pursue new and exciting opportunities, and joined Bravo Real Estate as Managing Director. In only a few months Richard took Bravo from inception (paper) to reality (profits). Fresh from Dubai and having been a student of International Markets and the psychology of HNW Foreign Investors, Richard wanted to expand his knowledge diversity while servicing the multi-cultural epicenter of Miami.

Richard believes all sophisticated clients will want to work with a team, and the future of real estate is servicing clients by a team of professionals who specialize in defined areas. Which is why he launched Miami Living in 2016. His reputation has attracted high profile clients including celebrities, business leaders, artists and athletes. Richard has been featured in Top 100 Magazine, 9fi5th Luxury Real Estate, The Real Deal, Miami Today and various other publications. Richard is launching his new book, Luxury Home Selling Mastery II, in Summer 2019!

Richard loves marketing and technology, and has earned the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), which has helped create a real estate brand identity that will attract and show value to today's savvy clients. He also enjoys developing and implementing strategies and systems focused on improving overall business performance and client satisfaction.

Richard also enjoys being a philanthropist. He is committed to donating time and effort to support the city of Miami. He also gives a portion of all his earnings to a variety of charities focusing on providing a better quality of life for children.
