Rinde is a wonderful real estate agent. She helped my husband and I though our first home purchase this year. I imagine that there are agents that work at a different speed and might say very little throughout the process in the way of negative coomments. Neither of us had any idea what to look for in a home, what questions to ask when we were there, or what was a red flag. Rinde is incredibly organized and was able to coordinate multiple showings in a logical order on short notice any day of the week. She didn't mind going back twice on days that we worked conflicting shifts, or that we tended to communicate in bursts after work. She told us when renovations to a home where we showed interest would be difficult, or easy, she herded us away from properties with poor resale value on moderately busy streets or too close to freeways. She connected us with all the right people for obtaining the loans, who in turn helped us figure out what a comfortable budget would be; and again with inspectors during the escrow process. We cannot have hoped for a more thorough and thoughtful agent.

Rinde is the best real estate agent out there. Kind, personable, and understanding, she is really trying to help you find your ideal home. We found Rinde by chance from one of the listings we had been interested in, but her responsiveness and dedication were a clear indication that we should choose her as an agent. I feel like she has a subtly therapeutic way of figuring out which homes are actually best suited for her clients' needs. In a tough market, it took us well over a year to finally get a place, but Rinde patiently stuck by us, and was genuinely on our side every step of the way. I did not expect to have a real estate agent who put integrity and compassion before all else, but you can really tell that Rinde puts her clients first instead of just trying to get ahead herself. She was always on our side and gave us great advice when we put in multiple offers on multiple homes. She is really knowledgeable about west side real estate market, but she never pushed us into making any offers we were not completely satisfied with. It is truly rare to find an agent who is trying to fully understand her clients' needs and help them find the perfect home for themselves. Her honesty and commitment make her truly special. I'm so glad we had Rinde on our side; we couldn't have done it without her.

Rinde took us thru the home buying experience in LA with careful attention as this was our 1st house in the LA market. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the LA neighborhoods, realistic with us about each property we visited, and patient as we debated pros/cons. In certain cases she was very much our advocate, asking insightful questions, teaching us what to look for, and giving us her honest assessment. All the while, she respected our desires and made sure we had all the information we needed to make informed decisions.

I feel incredibly lucky to have had Rinde Philippe as my realtor for my recent home purchase (during May-June 2020). Seamless experience I had with her when I bough my house in Inglewood. It was my first purchase so I had a lot of questions.
