Rishi started his real estate career at the age of 21 right out of Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo, CA. After just three successful years in the business, he opened his first real estate office in Fremont under the Intero brand. He is now Partner and Managing Broker for Intero Real Estate offices in Fremont, Union City, Pleasanton, Livermore, Milpitas, Pleasant Hill, and Tracy. With a driven attitude Rishi’s offices grew from 0-200+ agents in less than four years under his leadership. Rishi has been focused on growing Intero's footprint into the entire East Bay of Northern California while managing both the Fremont office and the Intero East Bay Franchise.
