RJ Przebinda

RJ Przebinda is Founder and Principal with Gold Leaf Group, a boutique Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm based in Pasadena, California. Since 2005, RJ has developed a strong specialization in Healthcare Real Estate. Leveraging his network of brokers, medical and dental equipment providers, healthcare attorneys, medical/dental general contractors, lenders and various other service providers, RJ assists physicians, dentists, surgery centers, urgent care offices, and medical providers of all types in identifying, vetting and securing locations to acquire or lease for the purpose of opening new practices.

Prior to founding Gold Leaf Group, RJ worked with national music retailer Wherehouse Entertainment Inc. While at WEI, RJ was responsible for chain-wide store budgets, ROI analyses and special ad hoc projects with senior management for use in making crucial busienss decisions. While pursuing his MBA at USC's Marshall School of Business, RJ interned with Santa Monica, CA based MJW Investments, whose operations include acquisitions, development and management of over $200 million of real estate assets. RJ rounded out his experience at MJW focusing on Santee Court, a $130 million adaptive reuse project in downtown Los Angeles.
