Rob Gaudreau was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, majoring in architecture and business. During his senior year at school he came to Orlando to participate in the Walt Disney World College Program. At Disney, Rob worked as an entertainer at The Great Movie Ride at Disney MGM Studios and a Guest Relations VIP Tour Guide at EPCOT. While completing the program at Disney, he fell in love with the city Orlando and transferred to The University of Central Florida where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with honors, in 1997. After graduation, Rob tried on many different career hats but in In 2003, he decided to pair his love of both real estate and working with people and get his real estate agent's license. Rob joined the Olde Town Brokers family in September 2003 as a new Realtor and quickly realized he had found the career that he loves! He prides himself on having a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, great market knowledge, and strong negotiating and problem solving skills. During his tenure at Olde Town Brokers, Rob has worked in many facets of residential real estate including residential sales, property management, leasing, investment properties, relocations, receivership properties, bank owned properties, and short sales. Rob has been a top producer with Olde Town Brokers from 2006 thru 2012 and has sold over $12 Million in residential property and has leased and managed over 300 properties in his career. He is an Orlando area expert with knowledge about towns from Sanford to Poinciana and specializes in Downtown Orlando, Winter Park, Conway, and Waterford Lakes. Rob especially enjoys working with first time buyers and helping them make the dream of home ownership a reality! He is a member of the Orlando Realtor's Association and lives near downtown Orlando with his long-time partner, Mike, and their cat, Tux. Rob's interests include architecture, history, and aviation and he enjoys all that living in Orlando and Florida has to offer, especially theme parks, the beaches, and cruises!
