With over 30 years of experience, Rob Hostrawser brings expertise and proficiency in the areas of Construction & Production Management, Finance, Real Estate Sales & Property Management, Land Acquisition and Development to Eldon Homes! He also brings several years experience as a Senior & Active Living Housing Specialist, Real Estate & Mortgage Broker, and a Licensed General Contractor, to coordinate and execute the construction of new home building and renovation. All these are exemplary attributes for his position as Director of Operations.

Rob is our local team leader that oversees all construction & business operations, customer relations & satisfaction, community liaison, land development, regulatory compliance, sales, marketing, and overall business & community growth.
