I recently closed on a townhouse and must say that Robert was great to work with throughout the entire process. He was really good at explaining things to me in a way I could understand and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. The housing market is very competitive for buyers right now and if it weren’t for his encouragement to not lose heart after being out bidded several times, I would have given up. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, no pressure realtor that will work hard for you, Robert is your guy !!!

If I could give more stars I would. Robert assisted me with the sale and purpose of a new home. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He got me a great deal more for my home than I believed I would get. I had spoken to several other realtors, but he came to visit me right away with a plan which is why I chose to use him. He was ALWAYS available when I needed him. The hour didn't matter. He handled my stress with the utmost professionalism. He always got me documentation that I requested and went above and beyond. His negotiation skills and experience benefited me a great deal in both the sale and purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend Robert and would use him again! Thank you Robert!

We recently purchased a Cabin with Robert as our agent. I have to say he goes out and beyond to satisfy his clients. Purchasing a property as a vacation home is not easy. We’ve had to drive hours and hours from pine to flagstaff to payson etc... and all along the way he was there showing us properties for few different weeks. He gave us pros and cons about them.

Not many agents do that. I believe we’ve found our permanent agent. He’s also an author and a great guy to talk to. We appreciate his honesty and effort.

Robert is a great agent, I had him as an agent to buy a home as well as look for a tenant to rent my unit. He is always ready to address any concerns/questions during the home buying process or even to find a tenant. . It was a pleasure working with him. He always goes an extra mile for his clients to be completely satisfied (my most admired feature in an agent). He is honest and committed when negotiating for a property purchase, he gave suggestions especially when to backout from overpaying for a property rather than simply looking for his commission. He is very responsive and if could not be reached he will get back to you through text. He always does his research before sharing his insights.
