Robert Gavura

Robert Gavura is Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with more than 15 years' experience in the industry. He brings a deep background in real estate management and leadership to the position. As part of his past professional experience, Robert served as a Regional Vice President for another national real estate brand where he led eight brokerage offices and more than 450 agents across Manhattan, Hudson County, NJ and Westchester County, NY. Robert's past professional experience also includes tenure as the Executive Sales Director for a Hoboken, NJ-based brokerage office for the same brand. There, he led more than 70 agents and helped the brokerage office rank among the top of their company-owned offices. While in Hoboken, he was also recognized for his ability to retain and recruit quality agents, while also reducing expenses and generating consistent increased profit for the office location.

He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and management. Robert currently resides in Ridgewood.
