After many years of considering a move, we decided it was our time to move to Mullica Hill in the Spring of 2020. Bob was an easy choice to trust through the process because of his stellar reputation and his proven results in the market. Through the sale of our home, and the purchase of our new home, the process was simple and Bob’s support was top notch. Our first home received multiple offers on the first day, and searching for our new home was actually an exciting and fun event, even at the height of the pandemic. He helped us feel safe and we took all safety precautions to tour homes at the height of the pandemic. He was always available and sometimes literally dropped everything to be there for us through the process. Through Bob’s affiliation with BHHS Fox and Roach, it made the process even easier due to the network. We highly recommend using Bob if you want to work with the best!

2020 was very challenging. Now imagine trying to sell your home and purchase a new home during this pandemic. At first, I was hesitant to put it back on the market since I had my house on the market in 2019 for 8 months and not one solid/strong offer. Bob patiently walked me through his approach and his overall commitment. Understanding my doubt and frustration, Bob was patient, transparent, and made sure I was comfortable. He was honest about the market and minor cosmetics that needed to get done to ensure I received a strong offer. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. House went on the market on Friday, and by the end of the weekend, I had multiple offers over the asking price! After selling my home, I worked with Bob to purchase a new home. After living 15 years in one home, again, Bob listened to my needs and expectations. He provided me guidance and answered every concern I had. He was very flexible and very responsive. It felt like I was working with a friend and not a realtor. He helped me find a new beautiful home! Bob is absolutely fantastic to work with, and I've recommended Bob to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy!

Bob is the consummate realtor who goes above and beyond when it comes to navigating the housing market, as he was hands on when it came to preparing our house for sale. He even helped with a minor issue after closing on the new home. Bob always had the time for us and made us feel comfortable with any decisions we made. We’ve sold and purchased multiple properties with Bob as our Realtor and it has always been an upstanding experience. Bob is a wealth of knowledge, professional, and always goes above and beyond. No matter what obstacles have come up during our transactions he has always immediately taken the lead and calmly resolved things. Buying and selling homes can be a stressful process, so to have someone like Bob lead you through it means you will have quite a seamless experience with as little stress as possible. He is fantastic. Bob was super responsive, honest and flexible to see houses same day within an hour whenever we had time snd was always available to help see houses but never felt pressured, along the way he got a feel for what we’d like and when we’d see houses he’d provide a vision which aligned with ours and other times would be transparent and let us know that the house isn’t right for us. Never felt more comfortable with a realtor like we did with Bob. Super trustworthy and through it all felt as if he was family helping us with our best interest in mind at all times.

Bob was a fantastic realtor and we are so happy we got to work with him. This was our first time buying a home and Bob made us feel so comfortable and really took the time to explain the whole process to us without making us feel overwhelmed. Bob NEVER pressured us or made us feel like we had to bid on something we weren’t crazy about. He always listened to what we wanted and needed and helped us ultimately find the perfect home for us. We loved that Bob also helped us see the potential in houses and pointed out things we would have never realized on our own. We never felt rushed when we were looking at houses and he always went above and beyond to answer any questions we had. Bob was also very prompt in getting back to us and always had something scheduled for us almost immediately after we reached out. It was so important for us to find someone that was personable and not pushy and Bob is that person. You can tell he genuinely loves his job and cares about the people he is working with. Without hesitation we would recommend Bob to everyone we know. He’s a great realtor and an even better person!
