Have you ever met someone that you were sure you hadn't before, yet they seemed so familiar? Robert Lane is one of those people. He rarely meets a stranger because he is always interested in learning more about an individual which in turn leads him to making a new friend. Growing up near Dallas, Texas then transplanting to Jacksonville, North Carolina he has met a variety of people in different walks of life. Joining the Marine Corps almost fresh out of high school encouraged his independence and maturity at young age. He learned the trade of an optics technician and was stationed at Camp Lejeune for 5 years. He worked his way up in ranks and not long before being meritoriously promoted to Corporal, he was promoted to husband. He married his wife Brooke, a Jacksonville native, in 2006. Soon after returning from deployment in 2008, they welcomed their first child Raygan into this world. Not long after he enrolled in the American Military University to pursue his bachelors in IT. He started his own lawn maintenance company and worked many hard hours all while keeping a full time Civil Service job with the Department of Defense aboard Camp Lejeune. After almost 4 years, a fire was lit within Robert to chase his dreams while helping others to reach for theirs. He then enrolled in Real Estate school and passed the first time, which is really quite rare. But the thing about Robert is that he gives his all in everything that he does. Since becoming a North Carolina licensed Real Estate agent, he has poured out his passion into helping his clients. Whether they are in need of a buyer's or listing agent, he dedicates himself into making the experience pleasant to all parties involved. He also does not turn down those in search of a rental property because he's been there and knows that not everyone is in the position to buy, and that's OK. His goal is to provide quality real estate service to those in need, which is something his past clients will attest to. He looks forward to assisting and getting to know many more clients in the future and creating a lasting impression that will not only have them call him their Realtor, but also their friend.
