Rob Mancey is a licensed REALTOR® and owns and operates an AvenueWest Managed Corporate Housing franchise in the south metro area of Denver. He has been serving the residential real estate and corporate housing needs of his clients since 2012. He is now combining his experience in relocation, accounting, business development, government contracts, corporate housing, and real estate sales as the 10th AvenueWest Franchise.

Rob is a passionate connector of people and real estate, and currently serves as the President and Chairman of the Colorado Canada Association. Given this ecosystem of Canadians living and working in Colorado and being a licensed REALTOR® in both Colorado and Ontario, he is uniquely qualified to help clients with their relocation needs between both geographies.

Rob's AvenueWest Denver South office serves client's needs to buy, sell and invest in residential real estate, as well as monthly corporate housing with both furnished and unfurnished property management.

With the growth of Metro Denver and the DTC, Rob has seen how essential corporate housing is to supporting the smooth and successful relocation of both companies and corporate employees. Rob has also seen first-hand the benefits of partnering with AvenueWest and is now excited to diversify his real estate business and build on the foundation that has already been established by AvenueWest since it was founded in Downtown Denver in 1999.

Rob says the residential managed corporate housing market in the Denver South territory is ready for development to serve the lodging needs of businesses that are relocating professional talent to the area. With strong presence of companies like Newmont Mining, Charles Schwab, Western Union and Arrow Electronics in the Denver Tech Center and Lockheed Martin on the West side, there is strong demand for professional corporate housing solutions.

Rob also explains that Denver South is home to multiple hospitals like UC Health, Children’s Hospital, Craig Hospital, as well as Swedish and Skyridge Medical Centers, where family members may need to be close to facilities for more than just a nightly stay in the local hotel. Additionally, there is an increasing demand from homeowners who have sold their primary residence and are waiting on the construction of a new home. It is essential for these families to find quality housing options in the right school districts and the right communities. They cannot imagine having their families live in a transitional extended stay hotel for 6 months at a time.
