His willingness to listen to us and provide constant feedback really helped us focus in on what was important. Robert also asked great questions and provided relevant critique as we saw SO many houses. And his input on what it might/would take to remodel was extensive. We have known Robert for over 20 years, and he has helped us buy and sell two of our homes during these years. I will say that Robert is a very fun, attentive, and honest guy. Sometimes he is too honest! That being said, I do feel he cares more about making sure you are getting the best return on your investment, than about making a sale. We have referred Robert to all our family and friends.

Mr. Milliron served as the list agent for a property my buyer purchased on East Broadway. Our transaction was riddled with issues as we faced plumbing issues that were not repaired correctly, work requirements called by the appraiser, and simply a series of unintentional hiccups.
