Robert Persson

Raised in a “real estate family” in Southern California, Rob Persson graduated from Notre Dame High School and continued on to a B.A. from Fort Lewis College and the completion of the Masters in Business program at CSUN.

Rob has over 25 years’ experience buying, selling, entitling and developing residential, multi-unit, commercial and industrial real properties. He is experienced with tax savings strategies including 1031 exchanges and how to keep property taxes low.

A resident of Hermosa Beach, Rob is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys surfing, beach tennis and showing clients the best that the South Bay has to offer.
