My husband and I went to Florida for a few days and wanted to learn about the different golf communities and oceanfront condos available in the Boca Raton area before making a purchase decision. Robert did a remarkable job lining up 20 listings in our price range to see in two days. It really gave us a clear understanding of the different communities, prices and lifestyle choices available to us. His insight and knowledge of the market is exactly what we need, and we are planning to work with Robert again on our next visit to make a purchase.

Robert Posner understand the local housing market. Every time we viewed a new property Bob would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Bob also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.

I found Bob through a trusted referral. He's provided great service, first suggesting an appraiser for my existing Miami Beach co-op, then working to find a condominium (also in Miami Beach) by first understanding my 'likes' and 'don't likes', being patient with my schedule, and an serving as an experienced advisor. He's helped me to make smart offers in a competitive environment. Brown Harris brings New York experience without being pushy in Miami. I recommend Bob to others looking for a Miami-area broker.

I was very lucky to have Robert as my realtor when I was searching for an investment property . Not only is he extremely smart and professional, with updated market assessment skills ,he really cares about his clients and their needs. He was always available, and supportive , someone I could fully trust. I also appreciated the way: he pointed out pros and cons of each property that would have escaped me . Robert produced an amazing video of our property! With his expertise, he was able to show the full potential and highlight the best features.
We had an excellent experience listing our house and we could not be happier of a choice for an agents to represent us!
Prior to meeting Monika and Robert we had planned to list with another agent that had a great reputation for sales in our neighborhood. A neighbor knew we were going list our house and highly recommended Monica and Robert because they represented him as a buyer on his house.
We were hesitant, but chose to meet them. They had a great presentation but what convinced us to go with them was their professionalism and knowledge of the market. No fluff, just straight talk and they asked many good questions.
Over the past 35 years I have purchased 15 properties and of the 30 transactions have never had an experience that I was completely happy with except this one.
Monika and Robert are a great pair. We travel for work and they were always communicating in real time so we knew what was going on during the whole process. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Robert was a pleasure to work with. I was overseas when a tenant noticed that she would be leaving a luxury condo unit that I own in Miami. Robert took the initiative and managed the entire process, from move out of the prior tenant, marketing and preparation of the unit and move in of the new tenant. Throughout the process, I felt like he was doing his absolute best. He is knowledgeable, professional and extremely responsive. I have been working in the Miami real estate space for 15 years. In my opinion, Robert stands out as one of the best.
