Robert and Cynthia took on a very difficult project in selling our multi-level home, which are pretty tough to sell, and also were tasked to find our dream home. We needed the two homes to align in the selling/buying cycles to achieve our goals. We could not have done this on our own, absolutely no way! We are so grateful that we picked Robert to be our agent in helping us find a home. He made sure that helping us find a home was his number one priority. Robert was extremely patient with us and always had our best interest in mind. After our initial meeting and talking to us, he was able to gauge the type of home we were looking for and the type of neighborhood. Prior to going with Robert, we had looked almost 18 months for a home. As we are extremely picky and the smallest issue would turn us off from a home, Robert made sure that we were going to be extremely happy with where we lived. He never pushed us into a making a decision and always told us to think if we would love the house and not just like it before deciding. On several occasions, although we were ready to put down offers on a few homes because we had been tired of looking after close to 2 years, he made us realize that we were just settling for the homes and that we should wait for the type of house we really wanted. If it were not for him, we might have just settled for a house that we kind of liked but not loved. Throughout our entire home buying process Robert and his team were always there, always available, and always willing to help wherever possible. In many cases on very short notice! As many home buyers quickly learn things move fast. A house for sale today may be gone tomorrow. If we found a house we wanted to see or needed an offer put together in a hurry Robert always made it happen. Even after our offer was accepted, Robert was there through every step of the process. Through no fault of Robert's, we dealt with an unfortunate set of circumstances during the escrow process which extended things beyond the time it normally should have taken. Although I cannot say there wasn't some frustrations, Robert and his team navigated through the mess coordinating between the seller's agent, the loan company and the contractors. The peace of mind in knowing that you are in good hands is worth its weight in gold. Long story short, escrow finally closed and we are in the home we wanted. I am not sure this story would have had this same happy ending had Robert not been involved. He knows his business, his customer service is off the charts, his team is competent and available to assist whenever the need arises, and he genuinely wants what is best for you and your family. Bottom line, we never could have gotten our investment property without Robert. Robert was invaluable throughout this process. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he walked us through every step of the way, explained all of the forms and documentation, provided guidance when he could tell we were unsure of how to proceed, and has continued to be an excellent resource for us even though we closed on our home over a month ago. You can tell that he really cares about his clients and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that they find the home that is right for them. We saw quite a few homes and Robert did a great job of getting us started with the escrow process on more than one occasion. We did need to pull out of Escrow once because we discovered something that would not work for us during the due diligence/inspection period. This was not Robert's fault and to be honest I was expecting to be met with a bit of resistance after all of the work he had put in to get our offer accepted - but I soon found out that this is not how Robert operates. He was more than willing to submit the cancellation of our offer and get us back out there looking, he was insistent that we find the right home for us and our budget. Robert stuck with us all of the way through the process of buying our first home and never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. It was actually quite the contrary - it was an exciting and rewarding experience and I cannot say enough about how helpful Robert was throughout this process. If I am fortunate enough to go through this process again, Robert will definitely be my first call.

Robert's integrity is unparalleled. I liked that he did not push me into buying something that was not suitable to my needs. On several occasions, we walked into a place that was okay, and he provided his honest evaluation as to why the home was not right for me. If your looking for a property in Orange County, specifically Placentia, Yorba Linda, Anaheim Hills, Fullerton, or Brea...Robert is your man. It all started with my wife calling his number off a For Sale sign in front of a listing we found on Zillow. She gave him our specs and within a couple of days, we met in person to tour a house. About a week after that, Robert sent us info on a house that had just hit the market and talked about it having everything we were looking for. We checked it out the first day available and made an offer. We relied on Robert's expertise in the market to make a strong offer. We were caught in a bidding war with multiple counter offers, but thanks to Robert's industry knowledge, he guided us through the negotiating process and landed us our new home. Once the offer was accepted, the whole process continued to be smooth with the use of electronic document reviews and signatures. I have to say my previous home buying experience was nothing like what I got from Robert. The first one was perfect. Robert contacted the owner and the purchase process was on. Start to finish 30 days. The home is now mine and I love it.
