Once again Mr. Rodriguez does it for us! We bought a condo with his help last year and in one year with his great help and expertise in real estate, we are now homeowners! His advice to be where my family and I are really helped! Robert and his finance team are great !!!!!!! Robert made sure the home we now bought was completely fixed. From plumbing to appliances warranties. Even minor fixes he took care of us tremendously! Words cant explain how happy we were to finally have a house ! I would just hug Robert if I could but Covid19 doesn't allow that. All jokes aside I I would really recommend him

Very down to earth, straight forward and quick with the job. Extremely helpful despite the demanding job I have. Robert and his team facilitated the buying of a property process like I have never expected. For sure when i sell or buy again I'm hitting him up.

I was having a lot of trouble with conventional real estate agents and their lack of knowledge in the home buying experience for veterans. One day I fell across a pamphlet while cleaning my apartment. I decided to call the number to this company. This is how I came to meet Robert Rodriguez from “San Diego Heroes Realty.”

If you are a Veteran & want the best then look no further, Robert Rodriguez with San Diego Heroes Realty is your man. I went to many open houses and had multiple agents tell me I was working with the one of the most knowledgeable Brokerages in San Diego County that deal with Veterans, that's when I knew I had struck gold. Robert had my needs figured out day one and knew exactly what I was looking for in a home almost immediately. He was very knowledgeable of the market in San Diego and recommended the best home inspectors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He and his team of inspectors saved me from a couple money pits I had my eye on, and this kind of sound advice is priceless. Robert was great to work with and an all-around awesome guy. I could not imagine working with another agent going any better and will surely utilize his services in the future. Ultimately, buying a home is not like the TV shows, and it takes a team of experts that work hard to get you into something without being taken advantage of, especially in this market.

San Diego Heroes Realty really takes care of Veterans they provided us with a Veterans Buyers Package on day one. We went step by step in the process and I Knew exactly what to expect throughout the whole process. I never used my VA home loan guarantee. They explained everything to me, and made it so easy to understand!! NO BS just straight to the point. I had no Idea the difference between down payment and closing cost. Most Veterans just think we can purchase a home with no money out of pocket, and don’t realize there are actual closing cost Involved. Someone has to pay LOL! Robert actually provides Veterans with closing cost assistance and negotiated the seller pay for the remaining closing cost.

I would recommend San Diego Heroes to fellow Veterans, especially to a first time home buyer!

Robert hands down I can say did a great job from start to finish. He went above and beyond to find the right place to call home. For being a first time home buyer Robert made the whole process as easy as can be without us getting lost along the way. Robert took care of all the necessities that needed to be done to become home owners. I would totally recommend Robert and his team over and over again. I can say Robert took care of us and is great at what he does. So if your looking to buy I would recommend Robert to care of your needs.

Robert was very informative and patient with my wife and I. We were 1st time home buyers and Robert answered all of our questions, He explained VA Loan process, Ordered our Certificate of eligibility (COE) and helped us understand all that was going on. We didn't feel pressured in buying a home that wasn't for us. He also referred us to John Aguirre the VA lender on his team, Not only did we receive awesome service from San Diego Heroes Realty we also received a 3.626% VA 30 year loan and received assistance with the closing cost through San Diego Heroes Rebate program they offer to Veterans ($3,500) !!!!! Robert and John worked very well together and made things happen. While purchasing our home, there were some roadblocks and challenges that came our way. They both dealt with each one professionally and patiently, which at times we just wanted to say, "forget it" They understood how busy a MIlitary family can be they took care of everything for us, ordered all our Inspections and were present day and night when we had any questions or concerns or just needed a someone to listen. San Diego Heroes Realty helped us find and purchase our first home, which we love.
We will be working with him again and will highly recommend working with San Diego Heroes Realty. We worked with some other so-called VA specialist in the Area before we met Robert however the reality is working with a fellow Veteran who understands the needs of a Military family set his team apart from others. No other team provided us the ability to get such a low-interest rate and receive a Rebate on top of that. They were transparent from day one. He explained how they can get us a lower rate than others and offer the Rebate program without affecting our rate !!!! the other Military friendly office tried to tell s they can do the same but the rate was going to be much higher !!!!

Robert helped us buying a condo in San Diego. It was not easy because we live in Los Angeles 250 miles away, but Robert worked diligently from the beginning to the end to make sure we would buy the "right" one and the purchase went smoothly.
