Robin has always worked in sales and marketing however; real estate is her passion! She has been a realtor for 10 years and sold hundreds of properties in Connecticut, California, and Florida. Robin started her career where she grew up, in Connecticut. She primarily sold residential properties around the New Haven/Yale University area, and it was while she was in Connecticut that she realized that there was a need to not only sell the real estate, but the contents as well. She sold Real Estate full time for Prudent ial Connecticut Realty and also conducted estate sales for her home sellers part time for the next five years until she moved with her husband to California. Their move allowed her husband to be closer to his family.
Once in California, she quickly got licensed as a realtor and worked for Century 21 in Angels Camp, California. Robin primarily listed foreclosed homes for banks and asset management companies during the downturn in the economy. At the same time, she also conducted estate sales and owned and operated a retail/thrift store. After five years in California, she sold all of her businesses and her family and her moved to Florida to be closer to her parents and assist in their caregiving.
Robin had been coming to the Sebastian/Vero Beach area for over a decade to visit her parents, so she was already familiar with the area and once again, got licensed and started selling real estate. She loves where she lives and after living in three states now, she truly feels like she is home.
Robin is also the owner of an estate sale company based out of Sebastian, Florida called Crimson Key Estate Sales. With this company she is able to offer her real estate clients a full-service real estate and personal property liquidation solution-- she can sell the home, the contents, or both!
Hundreds of homeowners have trusted her to list and sell their homes and she has the experience to handle any situation—she is an expert problem solver and negotiator! Robin is super passionate about what she does and handles every real estate and estate sale transaction, no matter how big or small, with the same quality of service and in the most professional, discreet manner.
