I recently worked with Robin Kelly to help me buy a condominium in Orange County. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Robin is extremely knowledgeable about the market and found the perfect home to meet my needs in my target price range. The team she recommended to help close the sale were also very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Any snags that appeared in the process were dealt with by Robin very quickly and effectively. In fact, some issues that did pop up were anticipated and solved before I knew there was an issue. I highly recommend Robin and will definitely work with her again.

When I first connected me with Robin Kelly I was not aware of the fact that she was one of the most dedicated, hard-working, and client-focused real estate professionals in the Hudson Valley. It was immediately evident from the first house tour that Robin was not simply looking to get a sale; she wanted to hear our input and ideas about the houses we toured so that she could take these items into account as we toured additional homes. By the second and third showings, she had already pinpointed important like and dislikes that I had regarding homes that I had not directly mentioned in the list of things I was looking for. Robin’s ability to cull this information helped me find the perfect house that had everything I knew I wanted and things I did not even know I wanted when I started the process. Robin’s focus on client satisfaction and building relationships made me feel like I had someone in my corner throughout the buying process. Not only did she have answers to my questions, she understood my concerns and she proactively provided solutions to obstacles as they arose. Robin’s proactive planning, strong communication skills and overall knowledge of the real estate market in the Hudson Valley allowed me to close on my home in Poughkeepsie days before the Christmas holiday, even with multiple obstacles thrown at her she helped ensure everything was completed and all parties were at the closing table just days before Christmas. Many realtors would have shrugged my needs off as an impossible goal, but Robin rose to the challenge and delivered. Quite simply, Robin has a new client for life. And I will happily recommend her to others without any hesitation because Robin cares about her clients, listens to their needs and delivers outstanding results.

Robin worked tirelessly to sell our house and find our family a new home. She marketed our house so well that it sold in 2 days! I always felt that she was looking out for our best interest. She kept us informed throughout the process, and was extremely responsive and made herself available to show us properties until we found the right one. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful, but Robin's calm and supportive personality helped us get through it. We are so thankful to her for selling our house and helping us find our sweet little dream home.

When I wanted to sell my home Robin Kelly was recommended to me by a home inspector. She came to our first meeting well prepared and answered all of the questions I had about selling my house. We had to do some work to get it ready to sell and Robin recommended a great group of people to get my home ready and to have the best curb appeal possible. She got my house sold for full asking price. I would highly recommend Robin to get your home listed and to negotiate the best price possible.

Robin is the most knowledgeable professional in the area. I provided requirements for my search and she was able to narrow down the market and show me the exact houses that was of interest to me. One of our biggest hurdles was finding a home that would accept an FHA Loan but she was determined to make it happen! She was helpful from the beginning of the process all the way through to the end and I am glad to say that I chose the right realtor. I have already recommended her to friends and I recommend her to anyone else who is looking for a realtor who understands the market and your criteria.
