At One Lincoln Park, Robin achieved more sales than the accumulative sales of 4 other team members earning a promotion as Manager of Sales and Marketing. After 6 years, the Investors/Developers approached her to start a Real Estate Company. Robin served as the Employing Broker, Managing Broker and Director of Sales and Operations. As a Manager, she was able to implement new ideas in marketing, advertising, team philosophy, client relationships, and communication between Investors, Partners, Developer, Architect, Design Center, Staff, and Clients. Robin also performed over 20 ‘LIVE’ Television segments on Channel 9’s Colorado and Company.
For the past several years Robin has developed a leasing entity to her practice. She represents over 75 landlords year over year and caters to the highest level of luxury leasing from Denver, Cherry Hills, Greenwood Village to Castle Pines. She has organized a forum with other leasing agents locally to improve the standards of practice and evolve the leasing entity of Real Estate into a respected and professional practice.
