We bought our home with Rocelie as our buyer's agent in 2017. We loved our home but three years and a job change later, we were ready to sell. Due to our great experience with Rocelie as a buyer, we decided to have her sell our home as well.

As we were about to list our home, the covid-19 pandemic began. Despite all the challenges that brought (e.g. disallowed in-person tours, no open house, masks, shoe covers, gloves, etc), she found a buyer, found an agent for the buyer (as to not represent both parties) and sold our home at target price within a couple months of listing.

Our closing wasn't the smoothest due to reasons beyond our control on the buyer's side. Rocelie went above and beyond, orchestrating (and saving) the close and even driving hours to the where the buyer was the day prior to sign a missing document that was discovered last-minute.

Rocelie works very hard going above and beyond to get the job done, is always on top of things, knows the area well, and is always a phone call, text or email away. We felt very comfortable with her representing us during our home's sale. She really is among the best of the best and we couldn't give a better recommendation.
