Rochelle Wren

Rochelle has been a Realtor member with the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors since 1991, she has successfully represented Home Owners, Investors and Developers, with her primary focus on continued balanced growth throughout the Temecula Valley.
Prior to 1991, Rochelle was the Founder, President and CEO of W&W Wholesale Greenery, Inc., a Temecula based Corporation employing local Temecula residents and serving numerous companies focused on the Home Interior Consulting Industry. The Temecula Valley Community and the Real Estate Industry have been, and continue to be at the center of Rochelle’s experience and success.
As a Wine Country Homeowner an avid appreciation for the beautiful surroundings and diverse Housing opportunities available in the Temecula Valley have been passed on by Rochelle to her clients leading to many of successful Home and Land purchases. Over the course of 23 years, Rochelle has also developed vacant land and built custom homes in the Temecula Valley, resulting in substantial firsthand experience and knowledge of the Local City and County Government entities involved in the process of negotiations and development in the Temecula Valley.
In 2007, Rochelle obtained the designation of Accredited Staging Professional. Currently, Rochelle is actively serving on the SRCAR Grievance Committee, while continuing a full time real estate practice of 21 years. She is presently with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Temecula.
Rochelle has resided in Temecula since 1981, surrounded by many extended family members. Her two sons, both born and raised in Temecula, are now in their twenties and continue to live and work in the Temecula Valley
