Rod believes that his success is due to the fact that he is much more interested in the long-term relationships that he can build with people than just “making a sale.” Rod's business model is to work closely with each of his clients. Over the years Rod has established a team of talented and reliable people to address the needs of his clients: lenders, home inspectors, painters, and stagers, to name just a few. By working with the best people in the industry, Rod is able to resolve situations quickly and keep his clients’ transactions on track and on budget.

Rod brings a broad range of skill sets to the business as a realtor. Prior to real estate, he was a design engineer with Honeywell and earned a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Rod also owns and manages investment real estate and was a co-owner of Bridge Street Homes, a boutique development company specializing in classically styled luxury home construction, for over ten years.
