Had a great experience with purchasing our dream home recently with Rodney and Minachi. They were very patience with us as we were looking for a property to purchase. We went back and forth between purchasing a commercial, rental, and primary property. Their experience really shows as we do not feel rush by them to purchase something. They really make sure that we are purchasing something we love and comfortable with paying. Rodney was able to connect us with a broker that can close within 2 weeks of our accepted offer. Everything was quick and precise. I would highly recommend Rodney and Minachi to anyone that is looking for a great experience in purchasing a property whether its an investment or residential.
