Rodney gives the service of a High Luxury business! He is on point, understands your needs, really knows the real estate market and it’s “ins and outs”. Most what I liked was that he responded so fast and I never had to worry on getting updates!
He will be our Real Estate person for any future needs we would have and on top of it he is an awesome guy!

We found Rodney Wittbrodt of Compass by chance. He was representing a listing that we were interested in, but the home had just gone off market; Rodney and I had a nice chat, ended the call and I thought nothing of it. Two weeks passes, my partner and I still hadn't found our home, and in the middle of the day, I get a call from our amazing Rodney. We chatted for a short bit, but at the time, I really felt I could find something without relying on a realtor, boy was I wrong. Rodney and I had a brief conversation, he asked the most specific questions and when we got off the phone, I got the feeling he knew exactly what we could live with and what we would love. He setup a well targeted search and we began reviewing each of his listings. After about 10 days or so, we'd found two winners, and were hopeful having Rodney represent us would make the difference. We'd been searching for months and got beat out several times, despite looking very strong on paper. We met Rodney at the first home that day, and we both immediately quite comfortable with him, but more importantly quickly connected with the listing agent. Rodney had him eating out of his hand within a few brief break-away chats. It was night and day having him on our side and it was immediately obvious we may have a shot. He was constant at subtly pointing out key points we wouldn't have know to look out for and we were in and out and on to the next home. Our second home that day, is the house we are so thrilled to now call our home. The house had just hit the market that weekend, Rodney took time through this home, pointing out pro's and con's and gave his assessment on discussing what would be most important for us, and recommended writing it down. Rodney also encouraged us to submit offers for both, after our luck, it seemed like a smart idea. Rodney snapped a pic of us, had us put together a letter, guided us through an organized package so we would stand out as strong as possible and sure enough, our super realtor got us accepted offers on both homes! We would not have gotten the home we wanted at the price we wanted, if it hadn't been for the constant subtle but highly effective moves Rodney guided us through at every turn. He was become a friend, a trusted advisor and our forever realtor. I cannot recommend Mr. Wittbrodt enough, we got really lucky to find him, if you are considering him, let me take the guess work out, he is a winner.

He asked us details about exactly what we wanted and really tailored our showings to that.
