Are you familiar with white glove service? This is the quality of service you get from Roger Beltran, 10 years ago my home was purchased and he still check on me and my family, he send helpful brochures on how to keep your home up, bring sweet treats and gifts throughout the year and mainly we gained a friend in our amazing realtor🏠. They often complimented him in his ability to show moxie, proficiency, and an amiable nature at all times. The home that we purchased through Roger has been the second one my family and I have purchased, and the experience we had with him was great. Notwithstanding some bank issues we had closing escrow on our purchase, we were very pleased at how well Roger was able to resolve a couple of issues that arose during escrow that had the potential to thwart our home purchase. I met Roger when I saw him standing in front of my balcony putting up a for sale sign. I could tell from a distance that he had the it factor required for someone to be successful in real estate sales. If you put Roger in a room with 50 people he will go out of his way to develop rapport with all 50 before he leaves. He is however much more than an agent or sales person. He is a man of character who isn't driven by the bottom line - but rather to a relentless focus on customer service. His passion is to help people get into homes. He told me once that he looks for clients who will reciprocate loyalty with loyalty, and his strategy is 100% right. There have been times when I have asked Roger to make a concession in a transaction that wasn't necessarily in his best interest personally but he understands that I am active and that I will always come to him with real estate questions, and subsequently didn't balk. He really sees the big picture. I would recommend Roger to family and friends alike. He is great Real Estate Agent and an even better human being.
