We have known Roger for years, and didn't think twice to choose him as our realtor once we decided to pursue this emotional road of a first-home purchase. Step-by-step Roger kept us informed, at ease, and encouraged. There were moments where the journey felt a bit hopeless (mainly the times we loved a gorgeous home, overbid, and still got outbid by an all cash buyer, hate those people lol), but being able to lean on the experience of our Realtor provided us the reassurance that one day soon we would be turning the keys of the door of our own home. And truthfully, for my wife and I, that was all we needed to get up the next day with another list of viewings, throw the kids in the minivan, and hit the road.

Thanks Roger! I've heard plenty of horror stories from family and some friends about their experiences with some less than capable agent, but we're happy to say, that we don't have one. AND to top it all off, you handled this during the COVID times (as history will reference it), double kudos!

I have moved countless times and not once have I ever encountered a real estate agent that cares as much as Roger! We are five months into our lease and he still checks in to make sure we are doing alright. He is more professional than some landlords I've had and he genuinely cares about the all the tenants that rent/buy from him. I cannot recommend him enough!

Roger is very committed and energetic when representing buyers and sellers alike. He's the agent I used when I bought my house in Studio City.
And I've seen him go above and beyond with others who are selling their homes as well. He puts in a lot of time and effort to present a quality listing.

I cannot say enough great things about Roger Drakes. He was so incredibly helpful to me and my wife, Jodi. Not just with the sale of our house, but also with the purchase of our new house. We moved away from Los Angeles and Roger put us in touch with another great realtor in the new city we moved to. He spoke with her and with us to ensure she was taking care of us as much as he did. Roger is very knowledgeable, professional, confident, kind, and friendly and holds his clients in high regard. They are important to him and the way he conducts himself and guides them through the process of selling their house makes that very obvious.
Like I said, I cannot say enough great things about Roger, and if you do business with him I have no doubt you'll feel the same way.

Worked with Roger on the sale of my NOHO house. I am a broker myself, and chose to go with him because I felt he had what it takes to get the job done.... and I can attest that Roger indeed demonstrated strong market knowledge, along with motivation and responsiveness to everything I brought up, and created excellent marketing that resulted in 30+ showings for the short time the house was listed. He gave weekly updates and kept me abreast of each viewers feedback. We decided not to sell due to other circumstances, but I had to write to say, it was amongst the most professional approach to marketing and listing a home I've experienced (and I say this as a seasoned investor and licensed Broker myself).
