There is nothing bad one can say about Ron, he is so patient no matter what the situation. Not only does he take the time to do things right the first time, but it is humbling the amount of knowledge that he has about real estate. Without a doubt I would refer everybody I know to Ron and I suggest you do the same.

Have a vacant land in Lancaster under my IRA, need convert it to ROTH. Mr Accornero provided a fair market appraiser required for the conversion process. He did that with over 15 Comps research, a very professional appraiser. Very pleased with his service.

Ron Accornero has helped me to purchase a home in Villa Park on two separate occasions, first in 1994 and second in 2014. The first home purchase was in a down market and in order to purchase a home I had to first sell my home. We found a home we liked and Ron was able to arrange a trade with the seller accomplishing both of our goals. This was a complicated process but everything went smoothly. The second home purchase was a traditional process and again everything went smoothly. Ron was very professional in how he represented me before the sellers. He kept me well informed throughout the process all the way to close of escrow. He is honest and forthright and I highly recommend him for anyone needing a realtor services especially in Villa Park and Orange areas where he has practiced for many years.
