Ron Stevens

Ron has been a Real Estate agent for nearly 14 years, with 11 of those being a relocation specialist. He enjoys real estate for the opportunity to meet new people and the excitement he sees when he gives his buyers the keys to their new home. Buying a home is about customer service, communication, listening to his buyer’s desires, want and needs. Ron prefers a good channel of communication via phone conversations, text, email and in person during house hunting. If a customer wants a single level home within a specific budget, he is not going to show them a two level or homes above their budget. Selling a home is about presentation, good quality photos, virtual tour, room measurements, web presence, and yes, price. An agent needs to know the area, provide adequate comparable properties to arrive at the best possible price. Ron moved to Boise in 1984 with his family and then moved to Twin Falls in 2012 and know the area very well. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business and hold the designation of Associate Broker. Before becoming a real estate agent, he was a project manager at HP where he worked with call center quality, E-Support and opening support centers in India. Ron worked with and translated cultural differences between the U.S. and Europe and India in product support settings. Prior to HP he was a commercial pilot, where he had a lot of travel, long hours and too much time away from home. Of all his careers, Real Estate has been the most rewarding and enjoyable.
